Prof. Ying-Ren Chien, National Ilan University, China

From June 2010 to July 2011, Ying-Ren Chien has joined the Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology as an assistant researcher fellow. Since August 2011, he joined the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Ilan University, Ilan, Taiwan. Currently, he is a Full Professor. His research interests include adaptive signal processing theory, DSP in VLSI, signal processing on communication system, game theory, high-speed network transmission, cooperative communication, cognitive radio, and interference cancellation. In 2007, he received the Best Paper Award in the area of communication theory and systems of the 2007 International Conference on Communications, Circuits and Systems (ICCCAS).

Prof. Shuwen Xu, Xidian University, China

IEEE Senior Member 

Shuwen Xu: PhD, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, has been engaged in research related to detection and perception for a long time, and has been selected as a national high-level talent as well as a provincial talent. At present, he is the Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing at Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, the Deputy Director of the National Information Perception Collaborative Innovation Center, and the leader of the Shaanxi Province Youth Innovation Team. He is currently a senior member of IEEE, serving as an editorial board member for journals such as Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics. He published and accepted over 100 academic papers, 1 monograph, and granted 20 patents.

Prof. Bing Sun, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China

Sun Bing, a Senior Engineer (Researcher-level Senior Engineer) and a master's supervisor, has been engaged in the research and development of data communication products related to telecommunications and enterprise networks for a long time. He has accumulated extensive experience in data communication, the Internet of Things, network security, and systems engineering, linking theory with practice and possessing rich practical experience in product development. He has worked at the 14th Research Institute of China Electronics Corporation (3 years), ZTE Corporation (4 years), and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (17 years), where he was responsible for the system design of large telecommunications products, chaired the National 863 Program, and has contributed over 20 technical invention patents. He has also received Huawei's highest R&D award, the "Individual Gold Medal." He is currently a faculty member at the School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, with research areas including intelligent data communication networks, smart IoT, embedded systems, and systems engineering. Additionally, he is responsible for the work of the Outstanding Engineering Class (Huawei Experimental Class).

Prof. Suting Chen, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China

Professor Chen has been engaged in teaching and research at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology since graduating with a Ph.D. in Signal and Information Processing from the Institute of Optoelectronic Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her main research areas include image processing, artificial intelligence and big data, high-speed real-time signal processing, and emergency command information systems. She is the first inventor on over 30 authorized patents, with 7 patents successfully transferred. She has published more than 60 research papers in international and domestic journals such as Information Sciences, Remote Sensing, and Neurocomputing. She has led over 20 projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Special Fund of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, General Fund, Jiangsu Province Industry-University-Research Joint Innovation Project, Major Natural Science Research Projects of Jiangsu Provincial Universities, and large enterprise horizontal projects. As the primary contributor, she has received multiple provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards.
